INFORCE ORGANISER INFORMATION

Welcome.  If you are reading this then you are either thinking about becoming an inforce organiser or have already agreed with us to start arrangements.

You are eligible for a free course if you arrange a double course of 18 students (including yourself) or entitled to a greatly reduced price of £100 if you arrange a single course of 12 students (including yourself). Everyone else pays £200 plus VAT (£235 total)

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED TO DO?

Firstly agree a date with us. The majority of our courses are run on weekends, however we can run courses on weekdays.

You will then need to secure an accomodation venue.  This will need to be agreed by your Force as free, as the prices you pay are kept low to allow for that.  Training classrooms are good but we are flexible and will work from conference/lecture rooms etc.  Full details of accomodation requirements are below.

You will then need to obtain a list of Part I passed candidates and send out an email.  We do have a set email that we will pass to you to send out.

Lastly you need to collect in all names and keep a list, and either collect in deposit cheques of £100 or get them to send them direct to us within a 4 week period. Balance cheque need to be paid at least two weeks before course dates direct to us.  Alternatively people can pay the full amount by debit/credit card on this website.

There will need to be regular update emails between the Company and yourself in order that everything runs smoothly and it would be extremely useful if you could meet us at the venue 30 mins before start time on the first day of the course.

MAXIMUM NUMBERS

A single course is 12 persons maximum.  We would always try for a full course and would not consider coming to your location for less than than 9 persons.  We would supply one trainer for a single course.

A double course is 18 - 20 persons maximum. We would again always try for a full course and would not consider coming to you locations with more than one trainer for less than 16 persons.  We would supply two trainers for a double course.

We could run a combination of courses, i.e One single and one double ( 32 persons) or two singles (24 persons) 

WHAT ACCOMODATION WE NEED

For a single course we need a classroom/room that will fit 12 plus trainer in it with tables/desks (as there is a lot of written preparation over the two days) and two smaller breakout rooms that will fit up to 5 persons in.

For a double course we need a classroom/conference room that will fit up to 20 plus two trainers in it with tables/desks and four smaller breakout rooms that will fit up to five persons in.
