Two Day Crammer Course

The courses run over a Saturday and Sunday, 9-5pm with lunch/tea & coffee and are held at conference locations in England and Northern Ireland (for PSNI)   We do however also come out to different force locations across the country and work from police accomodation if arranged by in force organisers.

Day One of the course covers a very simple and effective plan for assisting you in gathering information for the assessed part of the exam. A plan helps students keep focused and allows for natural style to be displayed whilst providing a safety net in the event of any exam nerves. The plan also focuses on time and thoroughness and can be used in every station.

Marking the checklists and tips on lateral thinking improvement are covered and also two of the competencies are looked at and explained in simplistic terms, which relate back to the checklist and 'toolkits' provided to deal with them. In addition 9-12 stations are utilised allowing students an opportunity to prepare and be assessed in four stations at a time.

Day Two goes through some more of the competencies and allows for a further 13-16 stations to be carried out. You will prepare for seven stations straight off to get you used to exam conditions as far as possible. These stations are relevant and up to date incorporating topics that are likely to appear in subsequent exams.

The welcome pack is looked at and ideas for utilising the time between the course and the actual exam given out. Personal one to one feedback is given to students and class sizes are kept small to allow this feedback

Trainers are qualified assessors with a wealth of experience of the Part II exam structure and procedure. All students go away from the course knowing exactly what they need to do to pass the exam. Twenty five stations are covered over the 2-day crammer course and the course receives excellent reviews.

Cost of the two-day course at Wyboston Lakes is £277 plus VAT with the 3-course lunch & tea/ coffee. 

If organised in force the cost is £200 plus VAT and the organiser is eligible for a reduced or free course.
